I make a similar dip and add one or more fruits like blueberries, pineapple, kiwi or peach. You can also season with a pinch of red pepper flakes and some cilantro. It’s surprising how fresh and satisfying and yummy this dip is compared to traditional guacamole.

You need a sharper knife, try a Cutco. Try adding a little finely chopped mild onion like a Vidalia. I also add a drop or two of Chilpoltae Tabasco sauce, adds a nice smoke flavor and a little spice
