Transform Your Kitchen-Episode #14-Chicken Salad

This is one of my favorite recipes because it’s quick and easy to make and it’s super nutritious! Chicken Salad is great for dinner for the whole family, to take on a picnic, or to pack for your kid’s lunch. And you can be really creative.

    Josh,

Would you please provide the recipes in writing? I love the videos and will watch them regardless (because you always have something informative to say regarding the nutrition of the food you’re preparing), but for future reference on recipes it would be nice to print them out instead of having to write them down while watching the video.

Does this chicken salad need to be kept refrigerated when you carry it in your lunch?

That looks awesome. My office building is in bad need of a place to buy lunch. You should open a lunch stand.

I’m not big on soy products. Is there an alternative to Vegenaise that you like as well?

  7. Dale Byrum says:

Thanks, Matt. I guess I just didn’t read far enough into the site.
