I’m excited to debut the first episode of my cooking video series: Transform Your Kitchen! In this episode I walk you through one of my favorite dishes-Chicken Bryan. This is an amazing Italian recipe with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and goat cheese in a lemon butter sauce. You’ll be amazed at how easy it really is to prepare and cook healthy dishes.

Great video Josh! Definitely will do this recipe! I will post it on fb for my friends to see!
Very impressive!! Love it!
Looks so good I think I might cook that tonight and surprise my husband, the actual cook of the house. Thanks Dr. Axe.
That looks so good I might even like the taste of the goat cheese in it. (Actually, for me I’ll make it with raw parmesean and fresh basil from my garden). Looked sooo yummy! I’m looking forward to the next recipe:-)
Beautiful kitchen too Josh!
Great idea, Dr. Axe! The recipe looks easy to prepare and healthy. I am looking forward to the next Kitchen session with you!
Thank you for what you are doing for all of us.
God bless you and your work.
Tasty recipe! I’m jealous you have a gas stove though. We were too late to add one in our house.
This looks great and easy to do. Love the video experience, good way to reach many! Not sure I’ll like the goat cheese either and may use parmesean as well, but will try it! Thanks Dr. Josh~
I might fix this for my husband. Since I’m a vegetarian, I’ll try the recipe without the chicken. Thank you, Dr. Axe.
Looks amazing- I can’t wait to try this one!
Nice video presentation Dr. Axe, can’t wait to try the dish.
Thank you
Come on people, try the Goat cheese, it is very, very tasty and tangy. I believe you will really like it!
Thanks, Dr. Josh, for the great recipe. I’ve been wondering what else I could use my goat cheese for! Good luck on your video series and our your new cook book.
I am a cancer survivor and fighting off the return of ovarian cancer, so always looking for goo healthy recipes.
I agree with June – try the goat cheese! Besides being good for you, it really brings out the Italian in so many dishes. Great video – you make it look so easy. Could it really be that simple?
This dish looks wonderful. Can’t wait to try it!
