No Excuses…

I’m just not an excuses kind of guy. Many people tell me they don’t have time to eat breakfast at all, much less a healthy one. So I set out to prove them wrong. Turns out, a healthy breakfast can be made and consumed in less than a minute!

You know you want to break out the blender and the stopwatch and time yourself now.

How long did it take YOU to make breakfast?

  1. Love this video Dr. Axe! I’ve been using almond milk in my smoothies, but I am going to try the coconnut milk. Sounds delicious!

Sounds delicious! Where can I find coconut milk?

  4. Dr. Josh Axe says:

Rick, You can find coconut milk in a can in the Asian or Ethnic section of an grocery store. Enjoy!

ha did you get a brain freeze downing that smoothie that quick!

My Brekkie smoothie includes – a banana, handful of spinach leaves, frozen berries, tablespoon of flax seeds and a little organic juice. Reckon thats healthy? Tastes good and is easy to make!

I didn’t get a brain freeze, but maybe I should have put some sort of disclaimer… “Do not attempt this at home because of potential brain freeze” :)

And that smoothie sounds great! I had a similar one this morning.

We have a Magic Bullet blender system and it comes with several plastic cups and covers. You can make the smoothies on the weekend and put them in the freezer. In the morning, grab one, pop it on the Magic Bullett and you’re eating breakfast in about 15 seconds!

  7. Tara says:

We LOVE breakfast shakes made with our Magic Bullet. My favorite is made with peaches, pineapple, and organic green tea powder
