Love the whole concept of nutrition, exercise and adjustment...excited to find someone who seems to really care about the health of his patients. It's a process learning to make substitutions in cooking, and reading labels in the store, but will be well worth it in the end. Thank you DR. AXE for caring!

I've found that it's easier for me to do my 3 mile run in the evenings, and have ran my fastest times, if I get out in the mornings and jog a mile to a mile and a half. Maybe it gives my muscles a kick start? Running in the morning does make me feel better and more energetic all day though. : )

For 2 months, I have been doing a 30 min workout 4 times a week plus 2 days of running one mile (15 min max). It has made a huge difference in my body. I feel amazing and have dropped two pants sizes! It doesn't have to take 2 hours a day! 30 min 3 times a week would work wonders. I encourage you to give it a try!
